    • Two official letters between the Department of Health of Yunnan Province and the Department of Civil Administration of Yunnan Province on July 12 and August 31, 1948 on establishing an asylum for people with leprosy
    • Three official letters between the Department of Health of Yunnan Province and the Yuxi County Government in February and May 1948 on establishing a leprosarium and sending doctors to Yuxi county to treat the people with leprosy in that county
    • Four letters between the Department of Health of Yunnan Province and the Yongren County Government in February and March 1948 reporting expenditure and grain rations at the Yongren County Leprosy Isolation House and requesting that the Leprosy Relief Association send doctors to treat people with leprosy in that county.
    • An official letter from the Yongren County Government on December 21, 1948 concerning land for the isolation of people with leprosy
    • A list of people with the disease accepted at Yongren county on December 20, 1948. This lists seventy-eight people with the disease, including their names, sexes, ages, ages at which they were diagnosed with leprosy, and family details. Income and expenses for 1948 are also attached
