The Instituto Lauro de Souza Lima, based in the colony of Aimorés, has extensive resources available from its library, museum and hospital. There are various books, artefacts, medical records, journals and photographic resources. Researchers interested in a full summary of these resources should contact the Institute via the website to purchase a list of all holdings and resources at the Institute.

A survey of the records was compiled in 2007 by Jaime Prado for the Brazilian Archival Preservation Project in consultation with the archivist, Rafael Mielli Rodrigues. The document can be accessed here (PDF); it also includes a history of the institute. It is currently available only in Portuguese.
