Profile
Became aware that he had Hansen’s disease at age 15, and began going to a branch school, and to the Nagashima branch school for high school. Working as a carpenter, when he would hold the tools he thought that there should be something he could use them for, and he began sculpturing about 20 years ago. He attempted a Kanon Buddhist statue from a book. After that, he would create works choosing motifs that would make people happy. |
