    Photo Exhibition “The Hasu Monogatari I” (Story of the Lotus) was held in Shizuoka.
    Publication of photo collection “Hasu Monogatari I“ (Story of the Lotus ).

    November 2003:
    Photo Exhibition “Hasu Monogatari II” (Story of the Lotus II) was held in Shizuoka.
    Publication of photo collection “Hasu Monogatara II” (Story of the Lotus II).

    2003: The photograph of the lotus is used on the certificate of merit of IDEA The Voices of Humanity Award. (This certificate of merit was awarded to Olivia Breitha, person affected by leprosy, Michiko Yamaoka, victim of the Hiroshima Atomic Bomb and Sonia Schreiber Wietz who survived the Auschwitz concentration camp.)

    2008: Ten photographs of lotus are featured at the “Illuminating Ourselves”, IDEA Center for the Voice of Humanity.

    The photographs of Ken Kato have been featured prominently in the IDEA Center for the Voices of Humanity since its establishment in 2002.
