The Free State Archives Repository contains 91 entries dating from 1901 until the 1950s. The majority are patient records under the Health, Contagious and Infectious Diseases Act, reports of suspected leprosy cases in refugee camps (in the early 1900s), and also documents associated with the Leprosy Commission on Orange River (1907). There is a copy of the Leprosy Act of 1909 and there is also information relating to the 1909 Second International Leprosy Conference at Bergen.
