    The Salvation Army Archives and Research Center holds two collections relevant to leprosy.

    Plummer, Hilda, 1899-1980. RG 20.13 Papers, 1963-1977.

    Papers consist of correspondence, 1963-1977, including letters written to Colonel and Mrs. Harry Poole while Brigadier Plummer was stationed at the Bethany Leprosy Colony in Bapatla, India.

    Russell, Mina, b. 1903. RG 20.14 Papers, [ca. 1960]

    Papers consist of an undated manuscript entitled "Fifty Plus Years of Loving," describing the career of Brigadier Hilda Plummer as a nurse in Salvation Army leprosy hospitals in India, and the life of Plummer's adopted daughter Mary.
