"This is at a distance of 2 miles from the Tahsil Headquarters of Dantewara and 55 miles to the south of Jagdalpur. The place is almost surrounded by a river on two sides. The staff, land, arrangements for medical services, and accommodation are similar to those in the Colony at Brehebada. There are 20 males and 6 females. Seven males and five out of six females are neural. The food supplied at both the colonies is similar to what is given to convicts in jails."
