Hospital Mennonita Km 81 (Mennonite Hospital Km 81) is a hospital run by a committee of German-speaking Mennonite Churches in Paraguay for the treatment of patients with leprosy, tuberculosis and HIV / AIDS, and for other indigent patients (diabetes, pemphigus, piebot, etc.) It is situated 81 kilometres east of Asunción.
At the Mennonite Hospital, there are patient records of more than 6 000 patients treated since 1951 as well as all organisational records since treatment started.
